I’m a mama to two little girls and married to this amazing man named Ben.

It was interesting, fascinating, and freeing learning multiple modalities* of therapy while being a brand new mom.

So many past events tend to creep up after having kids, making motherhood even more difficult than it already is. 

But this doesn’t just happen in motherhood.  Every day occurances can bring up old stored energy.  

My mission is to help people become whole again…or maybe for the first time.

My dream is to help cultivate an entire generation of people who can efficiently acknowledge and process their stored energetic events that “trigger” a reaction and create more space to breathe in new challenges with a different mindset of responding.
