Something interesting happened today…but let’s back up a couple weeks. I’ve been working hard on releasing the fear surrounding me continuing The Balanced Nest and mainly because it’s me baring my soul…it’s not like it’s just a product I have to sell…it’s me and my skills and knowledge and honestly it scares the shit out of me to put MYSELF out there and share my stories. I’ve been afraid of the nastiness that keyboard warriors would send my way. So during the fall equinox and this full moon I’ve been working really hard on releasing the fear around this so I can share my gifts with you all…well I’ll be damned if the universe didn’t send me a sign from a former friend. The one thing I was afraid of…being called a fake…being ridiculed…and while yes it made my heart rate spike a bit…what I realized is she’s not my people to begin with…and she feels the need to barge into my life and let her opinion be known…without a conversation…without knowing shit about me…just so she feels better? Or to try to make me feel bad? Who knows. The bottom line is…now I’ve experienced it…and I didn’t die 🤣 so I’m ready! I’m ready to give my all to this! I’m ready to be here for whoever wants to listen! I’m ready to change the world in any way I can to make it more loving and more peaceful and help relationships thrive beyond belief between partners and children and parents! #keyboardwarrior #imback #letshealtogether #thebalancednest #thebalancednestmethod #somatics #communication #boundaries
